Shipping policy

Parts ship by USPS from North Hills, Los Angeles, CA, to US addresses only.

• We ship within 1–2 business days after the payment goes through. You get the tracking number by email.
• The shipping price is shown in the cart before you pay. It is based on the package size and is not more than the real postage.
• Shipping is not taxed. California orders pay California sales tax on the parts.
• Los Angeles area: you can choose “Bring it to my installation visit” instead of shipping — we contact you to book a time.
• If a package is lost or arrives damaged, text or email us and we will make it right.
