Returns & refunds
- New parts: return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original package. Text or email us first, then ship it back; we refund the price of the part and its tax to your card when it arrives. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we sent the wrong part.
- Used parts (removed from a job, working): sold as is, no returns.
- Not sure it fits? Text us a photo before you order — that is the fastest way to avoid a return.
- Refunds go back to the card used through Square, usually in 5–10 business days.
