Repair ceiling & back gate in North Hollywood

A customer in North Hollywood reached out to KapMorgan after water damage left the ceiling, wall, and molding in poor shape, along with a back gate that had been patched up many times before and kept sagging no matter what was tried. For the handyman services visit, we patched and repainted the ceiling, wall, and molding to match the existing color, then turned to the gate: two new hinges were installed at the top, metal brackets were added to reinforce the corners, and a support wheel was fitted underneath to keep it from dropping.

With the frame reinforced and properly supported, the gate was adjusted so it opens and closes smoothly, and the locks were fine-tuned to line up correctly. The ceiling, wall, and molding were left smooth and freshly painted, blending seamlessly with the surrounding area, giving the whole space a clean, finished look.
