Work is scoped for small rooms, hallways and spot repairs. General floor repair (squeaks, small hardwood or tile sections) typically runs $150-350 depending on the issue. Vinyl plank and laminate installation runs $4.50-5 per square foot for labor – materials are separate and usually bought by the client. Every estimate is free and confirmed before we start work. $150 minimum per visit, labor only. Several small tasks in one visit are added together.
